Please note, Cvent can only action those data subject requests of individuals with a direct relationship to Cvent - for our customers, job applicants, employees/contractors or marketing recipients. As a B2B Software provider (data processor), we cannot action data subject requests for our client companies that are using our software for their own event management related programs. For such requests, we recommend that you reach out to such companies directly. For example, if you attended an event hosted by a Cvent customer, you should reach out to your event host with your request, because they are the data controller of the personal information you provided them.

In an effort to maximize venue options for couples who are seeking the perfect wedding destination, Wedding Spot sometimes shares your contact information with venues from which you requested a Spot Estimate. California has defined this as a "sale" under the CCPA. Because of this, we must provide you an opportunity to opt-out, which you can do below.
