Hyatt triumphantly returns to Grand Cayman in a Grand way!  Opening in 2025, the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa will feature 382 Guestrooms & Suites, 23,000 SF of Indoor Meeting Space,  6 Culinary venues, Mera Spa, Grand Lounge and a endless list of activities througout the resort and island!

ACCOMMODATIONS

Featuring 382 Guestooms and Suites, the Grand Hyatt will be the largest resort in Grand Cayman. Our spacious guestrooms average around 475 SF and feature 80% ocean views.  With 74 suites and villas, we offer a large variety of configurations to please any VIP or Hospitality needs.  Suite sizes will range from 900 to over 2,000 SF plus spacious terraces on many of the units.

MEETINGS & EVENTS

With 23,000 square feet of indoor space and a Main Ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,100 people, Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman offers a versatile setting for any occasion. Enjoy spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea from our terrace or ballroom foyers. For outdoor events, choose from the various options around our pool and beach, including 19 North, a permanent outdoor venue.   

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

The Grand Hyatt will offer an array of options as scintillanting as our guests! Featuring six unique culinary venues throughout the resort, we are sure to please the most discerning palates. Ranging from our Pool Bar and 19th North, to our signature restaurants, our offerings will. With our grand opening later next year, we are in the concepting stages for all of our venues and will be announcing   them early in 2025.

MERA SPA

Our 9,000 SF Mera Spa, featuring 13 Treatment Rooms, draws its name from a fusion of two meanings: “mere,” Old English for “body of water,” and “ara,” the Yoruba word for “body.” This combination represents the duality of fluidity and grounding that defines our approach. At Mera, we embrace the natural ebb and flow of life’s energy while anchoring our guests in a deep sense of balance and well-being. Our brand experience is rooted in the elemental, where every treatment connects body and mind with nature’s rhythms, creating a sanctuary of calm, renewal, and thoughtful care.
