Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) Bus System The RTA bus system covers a 2,500-square-mile service area, running 36 fixed routes, eight CommuterLink routes, and Dial-A-Ride services using 261 vehicles. RTA is proud to run a compressed natural gas fleet and offers service to Pechanga Resort Casino, as well as Old Town Temecula. Fixed-route base fare is $1.50 per passenger.
