Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) BART provides sustainable, all electric train service throughout the East Bay region. Passengers can ride BART from Oakland International Airport and San Francisco International Airport to Oakland. In addition to the Oakland International Airport station, BART operates through Oakland via the West Oak-land, 12th Street Oakland City Center, and 19th Street Oakland stations. BART runs daily and tickets are based on a mileage-based fare structure. Children ages 4 and under ride free.
