Highlights of Eleuthera & Harbour Island

1. Island Hopping "Spanish Wells"
The best way to explore and understand the islands surrounding Harbour Island and Eleuthera is by boat. If you visit the Bahamas and don't cruise through this maze of cays, Captain Ryan will tell you straight, "You didn't see nothin".

2. Pink Sandy Beaches
Harbour Island is most renowned for its beautiful Pink Sands Beach. This beaches stretches some 3 miles and is about 50 to 100 feet wide. It is considered one of the very best beaches in The Islands of The Bahamas. It was also featured in The Travel Chanel Worlds Best beaches in March 2005.

3. A Queen's Highway
It starts at the northern tip of Eleuthera and snakes through small towns and wild, untamed beauty. This road, aptly named, is paved with wonders like the Glass Window Bridge and natural pools warmed by sunshine.

4. Surfers Beach
On the North end of Eleuthera, a two mile stretch of white sand attracts serious surfers with powerful, sometimes shoulder-high waves. The local surfers are friendly, more than willing to show visitors the ropes.
