1. Support – This individual has demonstrated how they have significantly supported women within their companies, industry and throughout their career. 

2. Promote – This individual has directly made an exceptional contribution to the advancement of women in manufacturing and has actively promoted and advocated for women’s advancement within their companies, industry and throughout their career. 

3. Inspire – This individual has been a spokesperson for careers in manufacturing and the important role that women hold in this industry through one or more of the following opportunities: mentoring, panel participation, speaking engagements, and participation in women’s organizations.
