Oceantic Network's annual International Partnering Forum (IPF) is where industry experts share the most advanced technical and scientific findings and best business practices. 2025 IPF takes place April 28 - May 1 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The offshore wind and ocean renewable energy industries are rapidly evolving. Do you have a solution to a current offshore energy industry challenge? Propose a poster presentation and present your research data and results. Visibility at IPF allows you to build your professional network, gain recognition as a market thought leader, and engage with your peers.

Poster proposals should include:

  1. Poster title
  2. Poster presenters' details (names, affiliations, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers); Note: submitter will be the main point of contact.
  3. Short biography for each presenter, describing relevant experience and qualifications
  4. Description/abstract; background/introduction; research/questions/problem/hypothesis; methodology; data; conclusions, future studies; acknowledgements
  5. Rationale for presenting your poster at 2025 IPF

Selection Process

An independent advisory committee composed of industry, government, and academic professionals review and score poster proposals. Proposals with the highest scores are selected. When scores for proposals are equal, priority will be given to Oceantic Network members and individuals who have presented at a previous IPF conference.

On Wednesday, April 30, the advisory committee will select first, second, and third prize winners. The first-place winner will receive a complimentary pass to 2026 IPF in New York City. Second and third-prize winners will receive a 50% discount on standard registration fees for 2026 IPF.

Poster winners will be announced at Power Hour: Ideas & Innovation Poster Reception on Wednesday, April 30, from 5- 6 p.m. Selected poster authors should plan to be present to share their research with conference attendees.
