Criteria for Fellows
Application Instructions
To submit an application you will need to create a username/password by clicking "Log in" in the top right corner. Then select "Need to create an account?" in the pop up window and follow instructions. Save your username and password as you will need it to review your application. This username/password is for this application only and not tied to your NPWH account.
Plan your answers: While all applications must be submitted online, we have created this sample application allowing you to see what information you will need to gather before applying. Once you begin your application you can save your progress at any time; it does not need to be done all in one sitting.
Fees:
Application Fee: $150
Annual Maintenance Fee: $250 (Billed each January)
Induction Fee (one-time fee that includes medallion and Fellows Lunch at the conference): $275
You will receive an invoice for the $150 application fee within 1 business day of completion of the application. This fee must be received by 11:59pm ET on April 6, 2025.
Sponsors
Applications require the support of two sponsors. Both must be current members of NPWH and at least one must hold an active WHNP certification. You will be asked for their name and contact information during the application process. Please note that applications are not considered complete until sponsor forms are received. Sponsor forms must be submitted by 11:59pm on April 6, 2025.
