To get started click "Submit Abstract" above. Even if you have submitted to IDEA before, you are required to create a new account.
If you are submitting for someone else, create the account using the name and contact information of the speaker.
A maximum of two (2) submissions per speaker is allowed.
Abstracts should be a short description of the presentation and must contain a project or system reference (case study). Please do not submit abstracts for panel style sessions.
If your abstract is accepted, all speakers & presenters are required to register and pay to attend the conference at the discounted speaker rate.
Standard presentations will be allotted 25 minutes including Q&A.
