Welcome to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2024 Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Conference (RMECC). The RPF closes 9/28 at 5 pm. All proposals must be submitted by then.

RMECC will be in person on Friday, March 8th and Saturday, March 9th, 2024 at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.

Important information about your submission. Please read before you begin.

• As you work through the RFP please save your changes often. If you are inactive in the window it will time out and your changes will not be saved. We recommend copying and pasting your answers into a word document as you work in case it times out before you save. Once you save your changes you can log back in to work on it at any time before the deadline.
• Your RFP has NOT been submitted until you receive a confirmation email. If you submit and don't receive an email please reach out to us prior to the deadline so we can check if we've received your submission. Please submit your proposal with an in-person 60 minute session in mind.
• If you are submitting the RFP on behalf of someone else, please create the account using the name and information of the lead presenter.
• Sessions will be 75 minutes in length with the last 15 minutes reserved for conference business and a knowledge check. Please note that this year attendance will be verified with a knowledge check instead of attendees getting scanned into sessions.
• As part of the proposal you will need to submit 3 knowledge check questions that attendees will be able to answer at the end of your session.
• As part of the proposal you will also be asked to list all brands/products that you plan to mention as part of your session and explain how they will be incorporated. *Presenters are allowed to briefly mention brands or products as part of their professional development focused session content. Sessions that heavily focus on a brand or product that costs money for attendees will be required to be part of sponsored session content.
• Please note that the lead presenter and 1 co-presenter will get free attendance to the event for the day they present. All other co-presenters will need to register and pay the regular rate.
• If you are submitting a session to be presented ONLY in Spanish please write it in Spanish. If you are able to present the same session entirely in Spanish and entirely in English please note that on the appropriate question in the RFP.  Do not submit the same session twice. Please note that due to time constraints we are not offering sessions that go back and forth between 2 languages. Depending on the sessions we receive we may select some sessions for interpretation.
