ACMP's Annual Conference is the premiere Change Management event welcoming leaders, practitioners, and change-makers from all around the world to collaborate and learn from the best. Sessions for our limited, virtual Masterclass Series and other future virtual offerings will be selected from these submissions.

CHG MGMT: Global Connect 2022
will take place the week of June 27, 2022.

The theme for ACMP's 2022 Virtual Events, Embracing the Changing World: Diversity, Technology, and Adaptability sets the stage to share new, forward-thinking concepts and leading best practices amongst people from different origins, expertises, cultures, and professions. Change management is being increasingly called on to persevere, innovate, introduce changes, and build a better future in and for organizations.

We are looking for experienced thought leaders, industry innovators, and dynamic global presenters who can engage their audience and initiate thought-provoking discussions focused on learnings that can help us grow and advance as a global change community.

Education Track Topics
Submissions should align with one of these track topics: 


Featured Track: This track features recent case studies (within the last 5 years) focusing on diversity, technology, and/or adaptability change.

Topic examples include: Business case studies; Mental health initiatives; Psychological safety and psychological capital: how to establish a safe space and self-efficacy; Crisis planning and management; Communication: how to coach sponsors, how to support employees; Integrating a DEI plan; Having difficult conversations; Cultural transformation; Digital transformation; Course correcting; Open-ended design thinking meetings around solving tough problems; Embracing disruption, lean into disruption; Combating virtual fatigue; Utilizing digital tools to further change; AI and change management; The changing workplace: virtual, hybrid, in-person; Managing virtual teams; Managing global teams across time zones; Emerging markets

 

Data Analytics: This track offers the opportunity to make sense of data, including analyzing data for insights and trends to exploring new tools and techniques to strengthen your change acumen and help organizations make decisions and succeed.

Psychology & Neuroscience: This track centers on the human side of change by diving into the biological, behavioral, and cognitive factors that influence change. Gain new insights and perspectives to help enhance and expand your change practices and systems. 

Topic examples include: Design thinking; Behavioral science; Empathetic thinking; People-centric change; Overcoming resistance; Adoption; Resilience; Crisis/post-traumatic growth; Emotional Intelligence; Marketing & Communications

 

Culture & Diversity: This track looks at the diversity of change culture, language, roles, and how this should influence our change strategies, approaches, tools, etc. Sharing unique global perspectives, intellectual insights, and cultural impact on change management’s development, integration, and needs worldwide. 

Topic examples include: Global; Culture; Perspective; Global strategy; Language; Roles; DE&I; Work environments; HR; Enterprise change management; Emerging markets; Social change

 

Trends & Innovation: This track showcases current research on the change management discipline and profession to evolve the way change works within the discipline and profession, highlights emerging industry technological and economic trends that inform change management needs. Sessions will also explore how innovations in technology, digital transformation, and adaption to newly diversified work environments influence how we evolve to manage change in the future.

Professional Growth & Leadership: This track provides opportunities to develop additional skills to increase your impact as a change management professional. It will also show how leaders and change professionals at all levels of the organization can work together to help organizations achieve their future goals.​ 

Topic examples include: Coaching; Project management; Performance management; Leadership; Human capital; Organizational development; Facilitation; Strategic view; Influence; Mentoring; Partnerships & sponsors; Change Maturity; Alignment

 

Critical Change Foundations: This track focuses on the foundational components of establishing and mobilizing change management initiatives or capabilities within organizations, industries, and countries where change management is not as established or recognized. This track is intended to serve as an introduction for those new to change management, change curious, as well as a refresher with critical updates for long-time practitioners.
