Palmetto Care Connections invites you to submit an abstract for a breakout session at the 12th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC on October 28-30, 2024, at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa, Hilton Head, South Carolina. Before submitting your abstract online, please review the Call for Poster Presentation Guidelines below. To submit your abstract, select the pink "submit abstract" button on this page. 

Abstracts must be submitted online by July 31, 2024. If you have any questions, email summit@palmettocareconnections.org. 

Call for Poster Presentations Guidelines

*Abstracts should fall into at least one of two categories: Programmatic and Scientific.

*Presentation Titles and Abstracts should incorporate the Summit Theme. The presentation title should be 10 words or less. The presentation abstract should be 150-300 words and include:

1.  Background information or purpose of the proposed presentation

2.  An overview of the activity or study (if a research study, include the research methodology)

*In addition to the abstract, please submit the author's contact information, brief bio, and headshot. 

*Abstract Acceptance Notices will be sent by early August 15, 2024. If accepted, final presentations should be submitted in PDF or PPT format by Tuesday, October 15, 2024. All speakers must complete a registration form when registration opens.

*Posters will be displayed in a designated area for attendees and poster judges to view. Poster Presentations will be scheduled during a designated time on the agenda. Presenters will be notified of the poster presentation schedule.

Posters may not be used to market products or services.

A digital copy of the posters should be submitted to PCC at summit@palmettocareconnections.org by October 15, 2024, in PDF or PowerPoint Format. PCC will provide information about the hard copy size for the Summit.

Standard audio/visual equipment (microphone, podium, LCD projectors, computers, and WIFI) will be provided by Palmetto Care Connections.

*Registration/attendance participation in the 12th Annual Telehealth Summit of SC constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Palmetto Care Connections' use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's and/or attendee's image or voice in photographs and videos for educational and promotional purposes. 

Poster presenter will be asked to register online at www.palmettocareconnections.org August 31, 2024. Up to two poster presenters may register for each poster.
