Most of our program consists of formal, 45-minute presentations with A/V and PowerPoint slides, but we also want to encourage conversation and networking through our lunch and learn topic tables.

As part of the ASUG programming, we are hosting the following session types:

Customer Success Stories - 45 minutes

  • What has your business achieved with SAP?
  • Slides - business challenge, solution, lessons learned, and wins.
    • Implementations, decision-making processes, business process changes
  • Attendees should be able to ask questions to understand how the presenters' solution may or may not apply to their own challenges.
  • Point of view: Customer, Customer & Partner Co-Presentation
    • Partners submitting a proposal are required to have an SAP customer who will co-present as part of the session. This ensures that the sessions highlight real-world use cases, insights, and successes that resonate with our audience.

Deep Dives / Hands-On Learning Lab – 2 hours

  • Interactive SAP Expert Insights - An interactive discussion where SAP experts help customers understand the fundamentals of SAP products and strategy, through a "Help Me Help You" approach.

Topic Tables – 1 hour during lunch
