Call for Proposals for Video Presentations
Dear Colleagues,
The IIRP World Conference will be held online for the second time in the IIRP’s two decades of world events. Bringing together thought leaders and restorative practitioners from around the globe to convene collective change, the virtual world offers us incredible opportunities for more international, inclusive, and accessible participation.
A significant part of our conference experience is the on-demand video library. The on-demand video library allows conference attendees to view, in their own time, impeccable content about innovative practice and current research relating to the field of restorative practices. This coming year’s conference topics address social change in relation to intergenerational cooperation, environmental justice, systemic adversity and collective impact in workplaces, education, and communities.
Be Part of the Conference!
We invite you to be part of the collective energy and submit your proposal to create a 15-minute video presentation that will be featured as on-demand content in our World Conference Library. On-demand content will be available to attendees throughout the conference and for several weeks after the conference has concluded. After that, you may continue to use your video as you desire.
Your proposal tells us what your video presentation will be about; it doesn’t need to include your video yet! Please send your proposal by September 15, 2022.
Acceptable topic proposals are:
Although it is not a requirement, proposals that present a topic that pushes the boundaries of the traditional restorative framework are highly encouraged to be submitted.
How to Submit Your Proposal
Click the Submit a Proposal button. You will be asked to create a login username and password. Once you have created your profile, you may use this login information to keep track of the status of your proposal.
Proposals will go through a highly selective process. You will hear back from us with a decision regarding your proposal by October 15.
Attention Researchers!
If you would also like to share your original research through a poster, stay tuned for our call for poster proposals, coming soon.
Sincerely,
Claire
