Welcome to the first stop on the road to San Diego.
Roll call! VeeamON alumni tell us that quality content delivered by dynamic speakers is what they value most. The Call for Speakers process helps us curate an event agenda that our community will travel from all over the world for.
From practical knowledge to trends shaping the future of this industry, it all begins with you. Our subject matter experts, customers, Veeam employees, and partners presenting with customers. If that’s you, you’re invited to share your expertise, big ideas, point of view, lessons learned, success stories and innovative use of Veeam solutions with the VeeamON community.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are submissions due?
Submissions are due on January 10, 2025. No changes or new submissions will be accepted after this date.
I work for, represent, am affiliated with or have a solution featuring a Veeam partner – should I enter the VeeamON CFS?
Partnerships are in Veeam’s DNA. Given that, it’s natural that content ideas would include a Veeam partnership perspective. However, there are several Veeam partners across the different programs (VCSP, ProPartner, Alliance, GSI and more) for relatively few spots. Partner related submission MUST have a customer also presenting.
We also encourage broad VeeamON and VeeamON Tour sponsorship opportunities to secure spots in the agenda at events around the world.
How long will this take to complete?
Time spent may vary based on how detailed your submission is, if you’ve presented the material before, or if it’s your first time pitching a session. For an enhanced submission, please send a video pitch of your topic between 30-60 seconds in length, or previous presentation recordings.
On average, we estimate it takes 20 to 40 minutes to complete one submission. Please plan accordingly and remember to save your work as you go.
Can I submit more than one session suggestion?
Yes! You may submit more than one session suggestion, but each session submission needs to be done separately. No joint or bundled submission will be accepted.
Can I save my submission and return to edit it later?
Yes! You may also choose to draft your responses in a separate document and copy them into your submission once complete.
When will I know if a submission is accepted or declined?
You will receive an email by February 05, 2025 informing you if your submission was accepted or declined. If you made more than one submission, you’ll receive a separate email for each.
When will I receive information on registration and official instructions for VeeamON 2025?
