We have changed our content submission process to an annual rolling CFP format make it easier for you to share your thoughts and expertise with the broad CSA community. Rather than submitting content for a specific activity, your submission will be evaluated for potential use in ALL CSA activities. From live events to virtual events, blogs to webinars, and panels to workshops, the content you submit will be assessed for a use in variety of forums. Only interested in submitting for a specific event? No problem. You can indicate that during the submission process.

Cloud computing continues to dominate the technology field and increasingly influences our lives in general. It has changed how we work day-to-day and transformed our cyber resiliency strategies, tactics, and operations. As the world’s leading cloud security organization, the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) advises individuals and organizations on the best ways to protect their cloud computing environments and critical data assets.

The CSA invites you to share your expertise with our cyber and cloud security communities by submitting content through our rolling Call for Participation. We are looking for subject matter experts to help us build world class programs at CSA live conferences, virtual events, webinars, or blogs.

Please note, CSA does not pay for content submissions.

Selection Process:

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. Submissions will be assigned to the content review committee for assessment. The content review committee is comprised of security and cloud veterans with no financial interest in the event or bias towards submissions or submitters. Content is judged purely on its merits. Committee members are experts in a wide variety of security solution areas and make recommendations based on sessions they themselves would like to see and think attendees will find most valuable. The focus is on approving content that is of the utmost quality and value to our attendees and readers.

Timeline:

You can submit at any time throughout the year. Due to the open call, submissions will be responded to according to upcoming events. Submission deadlines for key events are below.

Selection Criteria:

Submissions That Will Not Be Considered Include:

Applicability of content to the audience
Balance of content in our overall program
Technical depth, with a preference for unique, innovative, thought leadership and research-driven material
Sessions/ blog posts that include case studies, co-presentations, audience engagement are all preferred

Product and vendor-focused pitches
Negative or combative language towards competitors
Repetitive content that has been presented many times before
Speakers who have received low scores from previous CSA events
Presentations/blogs that require audience members to purchase the speaker’s product before receiving a take-away action
Incomplete submissions without session title, abstract, and objectives or speaker information
