Guide for Submissions:

  • To be considered as a speaker, all presentation content will need to be original and not intended to be presented at another conference in 2023/2024.
  • If selected, speakers will be required to upload their final presentation(s) through the Speaker Resource Center, on the approved MW PowerPoint template, by June 28, 2024. This is a requirement that allows adequate review of all presentations and the time needed to organize the content with all teams before the conference.
  • Presentations will be video recorded and PDFs versions of the PowerPoint content will be shared with registered attendees.
  • Requesting a speaker change after your abstract has been accepted will transfer it from the approved list to the backup abstract queue in the order that it was submitted.
