Thank you for your interest in sharing your story at  2023 ASUG Best Practices: SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) taking place March 7th-9th at Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa, in Glendale Arizona.

We are currently accepting proposals for sessions until December 6th. 

Please read below for our submission timeline, suggestions, and other information for assistance with curating your proposal.  

We are currently sourcing a mix of 20 and 40 minute sessions on the below topics:

  • Cloud Migration
    • Lessons learned or considerations, what to consider before moving to the cloud
    • What worked, what didn’t during a migration journey; benefits of moving to the cloud
    • Understanding Cloud: SAP Cloud Models & Offerings; multicloud or hybrid cloud?
  • Upskilling and reskilling​
  • RISE and Licensing​
  • Examples of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform working together.

Details on How to Submit:

1. By clicking on the "Submit a Proposal" button, you will be asked to create a new account. You will still need to create a new account for this call for proposals even if you have previously created an account in Cvent.

2. Use the email address that is associated with your company and create a password of your choice. This Cvent site is not associated with asug.com. If you currently have an ASUG profile, you will not be duplicating your account by creating a new account here. However, we recommend that you use the same login credentials for consistency.

3. Once you have successfully created an account for this call for proposals, you will be able to submit as many proposals as you would like up until the submission deadline. You do not need to be an ASUG member in order to submit a proposal.
