CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Abstracts. Abstracts will be accepted only through the conference website. Submit your abstract for a contributed poster presentation at the KIDS23 symposium. There is no fee for submission and charges for the poster printing will be covered by the symposium. Abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee. Accepted abstracts will be published on the KIDS23 symposium website. 

Acceptance notifications and guidelines for presentation will be sent by April 20, 2023. The poster session will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, May 15. Prizes and awards for best poster presentations will be announced before the symposium closing keynote address at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16.

Please note that submitting an abstract does not register you for the meeting.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission (Oral or Poster Presentation)

Submission deadline has been extended to  Sunday, April 16, 2023 by 11:59 PM CDT.

Please note: You will need to create a login ID to use the system. Please enter your name as you wish it to appear on your abstract on the KIDS23 website.

Abstract Guidelines

• Each individual may submit one poster abstract.
• Abstracts must be written in English.
• Abstracts are limited to 3000 characters including spaces.
• Use a concise title.
• List affiliations of author(s) as briefly as possible with name, degree, hospital, city, state, and country.
• Use standard and well-accepted abbreviations.
• While not required, one table or graphic may be uploaded as a .jpg format only to support your submission.
