Proposal Submission and Review Portal

The call for proposals has closed and peer reviews are underway.

Welcome to the proposal submission and review portal for the National Conference on Race & Ethnicity in Higher Education (NCORE). NCORE 2025 will be held May 27 - 31, 2025, in New York City, NY!

Important Dates:

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: December 20, 2024
  • Decision Notification: February 21, 2025
  • Session Scheduling Notification: March 7, 2025
  • Session Confirmation Deadline: March 21, 2025
  • Alternates Notification: April 2, 2025
  • Alternates Session Confirmation Deadline: April 11, 2025

Key Requirements:

  • Presenters must be registered to attend NCORE 2025. You may register after your proposal is selected for presentation.
  • Presenters are required to comply with NCORE presentation and accessibility guidelines.
  • Presenters must bring their own computer and connection adapter (if needed). Session rooms will be equipped with a data projector (HDMI connection) and screen, sound support, internet connectivity, microphones and easel pads with markers.

About the Review Portal

Thank you for volunteering to serve as a NCORE 2025 Proposal Reviewer!

  • At the top of the page, click on Log In.

    If this is your first time accessing the Proposal/Review portal, click Log In, then Need to create an account? at the bottom of the page. Enter the required information and then click Create. Be sure to use the  email address that's in your reviewer profile.

    If you submitted a proposal, then you already have an account and can log in using the same credentials. If you do not see My Reviews at the top of the page then you used a different email address for the submission process.
  • Once logged in, click My Reviews at the top of the page.
  • On the My Reviews page, you will see ALL of the submissions you volunteered to review.  

Needing to Reset your password: Reset link and click "Forgot your password?"
