Speakers may submit multiple RFPs for consideration. If you choose to submit multiple RFPs, you must fill out an RFP for each individual session. Completion of an RFP does not confirm acceptance as a speaker at an ACCP event. Please be prepared to select a desired session type. Priority will be given to sessions that align with ACCP’s 2024 Content Priority areas, that bring forward-looking but actionable ideas for achieving change or improving processes, and are educational, engaging, and interactive in nature.

ACCP is committed to showcasing a diverse range of presenters encompassing but not limited to ethnicity, race, age, gender, sexual orientation and gender identification, economic circumstance, and people with disabilities; as well as industry and experience level. All speakers must refrain from overt statements, harsh language or humor that disparages the rightful dignity and social equity of any individual or group.

In order to fill out your RFP submission, please be prepared to detail the following:

  • Full session description
  • Session Type & Outline
  • Key Takeaways
  • Plans for Engagement
  • Co-speaker Contact Information

Please note: you may have up to 4 speakers, including any intended moderators, per session.

Any accepted speakers may attend Conference sessions on the day they are speaking free of charge. Speakers interested in attending the full Conference will receive a discounted rate to participate in the overall Conference experience. Please note: travel costs and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of our speakers.

As we move into an election year and a changing political environment, we’re also interested in content that addresses the connection between employees and civic engagement. These will be done presentation style and are meant to challenge ways of thinking, drive inspiration, and provide best practices.

Conversations will feature CSR practitioners from different industries, sizes of organization, or stakeholder groups and will allow opportunity for Q&A. Please note: plenaries will be pre-determined topics and panels will be curated by the ACCP team. If you would like to be considered for one of these panels and would like to know more about the topics, please reach out to speakers@accp.org.

Attendees should leave workshops feeling confident that they know how to enact a new tool, make a plan for their organization, or evolve in their professional development.

These examples typically include honest depictions and insights into challenges and successes, program considerations, and best practices learned from experience, in addition to providing attendees with suggestions or actionable takeaways for how they can apply the concept to their own work. Learning labs should allow for 45 minutes of presentation and up to 15 minutes of Q&A.
