Submission Instructions
Multiple submissions, in all categories of Clinical Education, Panel/Symposia and Research Abstracts, by a single author or multiple authors are accepted and encouraged
Author Notifications
Clinical Education and Research Abstract presentation selection notification will conclude by February 17, 2023. Notifications will be to Approve, Decline or Re-submit (with suggested edits). All correspondence, including notification of abstract acceptance and details for presentations, will be sent to the corresponding (submitting) author via email. The corresponding author shall be responsible for informing all contributing authors of any related correspondence. All presenting authors and co-authors must register for the conference in order to present. All presenters must present in-person at their scheduled time and day. No previously recorded video presentations.
Envision reserves the right to assign the day and time that accepted proposals will be scheduled. The lead presenter/moderator will receive a speaker agreement outlining these details and will be required to sign and return in a timely manner, along with all required program documents (i.e. PowerPoint presentations). All presenters and co-presenters will be required to register for the conference.
Clinical Education or Panel Course: All submissions are peer reviewed. If chosen for inclusion in the Envision Conference program, the designated lead presenter/author/moderator (does not apply to co-presenters or individual research abstract presentations) will receive the following support from Envision:
Research Abstracts: All submissions are peer reviewed. If chosen for inclusion in the Envision Conference program all research abstract presentations will be organized into moderated research panel sessions at the discretion of the Envision conference committee.
