Steps to Submit a Proposal

Click the Submit Here button to create an account and submit a proposal for the 2025 CCAW Summit: Beyond the Bounds. Even if you have submitted in the past, you will still need to create a new profile.

Note for administrator's submitting on behalf of a speaker: Please do not enter in your own personal information for the speaker. You will still enter in the speaker's information as if you were them (name, email, phone number, work address, etc). Please use the speaker's own email address and have them forward you the confirmation email. If you would like to update their submission or check the status, you can always log in using their credentials on this website. If your submission is accepted, you will then have the option to add an administrator email to your account that will be copied on all communications.
