Message from Incoming President Pam Kammerer

Dear MPMPI Members,
On Thursday, June 25th, the Special Events Committee has planned an amazing “Night in Napa” for our chapter members and guests at The Inn at Leola Village in Leola. It will be a night of fun, connecting with friends and supporting MPMPI through the silent auction fundraiser. The “Night in Napa” is also a celebration of MPMPI’s successes in 2014-15 as well as the swearing in of new board members for the 2015-16 year.
Your incoming MPMPI board recently participated in a two-day retreat in Bedford Springs to plan for 2015-16. During those two days, the new board reviewed the successes of the past year and developed a new budget, business plan and goals for each committee to implement in the coming year. As a chapter, we are ending 2014-15 in a good financial position and continue to receive high scores in the education sessions offered to our members. Check Facebook to see images from the retreat!
In addition, the incoming board had an opportunity to review the Chapter Satisfaction Survey results, compiled by MPI global in April, as well as the results of our individual chapter Needs Assessment. Your comments and suggestions were valuable to us in the planning process, so please continue to share your opinions with us!
As incoming President for MPMPI, I invite you to attend a board meeting in the coming year to see what goes on behind the scenes to keep our chapter running smoothly and successfully! Our board meetings are held on the same day as the monthly education sessions. Feel free to contact any board member for additional information.
