ICCK是一座新装修的六层建筑，位于台湾第二大城市高雄市的市中心，交通便利。这座城市因其热情和热情好客而与首都区分开来；该中心所在区域将当地传统与当前正在进行的城市振兴相结合，因此，该中心的地理概况提供了另一种城市形象，同时又像理想的会展目的地。 该中心可轻松前往四个主要交通系统，即机场、高速公路、大众快速交通和铁路，周围有几家五星级酒店和餐馆。它是台湾南部唯一一个从PCO/PEO角度运营的会议中心，能够举办20-600人的会议，可容纳460个展位。一楼高达7.5米的天花板高度，可以增高展位和精美的陈列品。空间配置具有极大的多功能性，可移动隔板可满足活动策划者的需求，分层座位的房间可通往后台，贵宾通道可通往后台，还有一个可举办娱乐和餐饮活动的宴会厅。 该中心还提供一系列可供使用的便利设施、Wi-Fi 互联网接入和 450 个停车位的停车场。现场还提供广告空间以确保曝光和宣传。此外，还有一个舒适的用餐环境，客人可以享受各种内部餐饮服务以及不同类型的定制美食。此外，它还拥有许多优质的服务，例如先进的视听设备、秘书事务、多语言口译和翻译、运输和旅游安排、活动组织等。值得注意的是，该中心致力于绿色鼠标，包括废物分类和回收利用、使用节能灯具到专门用于视频会议，都希望减少碳足迹并确保环境可持续性。
