2016 Summer Arts Institute Application

Please complete this application in its entirety by 6pm, Friday, February 5, 2016.  Admission to the Summer Arts Institute is by application and audition.  Students may apply and audition for only ONE studio. Auditions will be held on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts.  All eligible students who submit a complete application by the deadline will be assigned a specific audition date and time. Audition assignments will be sent to students the week of February 29th.  There is no make-up audition date.
