All Speakers/Sponsors must be ASUG members in order to be considered. Non-member submissions will not be accepted.

To submit your interest to speak and/or sponsor a meeting, please follow these steps:

• Click on the “Submit” button.
• Create a new account using your email address associated with your ASUG.com profile.
• Please Note: This site is separate from asug.com. By creating an account here, you are not duplicating your asug.com account. However, we recommend that you use the same login credentials.
• Follow the instructions on each page.
• Click on the “Submit” button at the end.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing next steps and a copy of your submission.

Final decision on abstracts featured per chapter meeting is at the discretion of ASUG and its volunteers.
