Abstract Submission Types

Presentation

Presentations will be 15 minute long , including time for Q/A.   Presenters will have the option to indicate if their abstract is part of an organized symposium. 

Poster

• Posters will be accepted and will have their own session during the conference, allowing authors to visit with attendees about their work.

Organized Symposia

Organizers of proposed symposia will assemble speakers within a common theme and should include their agenda that includes topics or working titles in the abstract submission. Presentations will generally be in 15 minute blocks but other requests will be considered.  Options include:

• 2 Hour symposia with moderated Q&A
• Half day symposia with moderated Q&A
• Full day symposia with moderated Q&A 

For each symposium, working titles and authors of each presentation should be listed in the abstract box

Presenters will eventually submit individual abstract through this platform, but these may be submitted anytime through January

Workshops

Organizers of workshops will have the flexibility to propose customized sessions. Options include:

•  Half day workshop (~4 hrs)
•  Full day workshop (~8 hrs)
•  Ability to limit the number of attendees if needed (for more engagement) 

 For each workshop, the following information will be required:

• Comprehensive description of workshop and format
• Maximum number of attendees (if applicable)

All presenters must register and pay conference registration fees. Registration will open March 2023
