Attendee Assistant (AI Chatbot)

We're excited to introduce an AI-powered virtual assistant. Seamlessly integrated into the Attendee Hub experiences, this assistant will help capture attendee attention early on and drive continued engagement. Attendees will be able to ask a series of questions based on seeded prompts that help them gather event-specific information and/or perform tasks such as building their schedule or discovering recommended content and attendees. The assistant will also understand each attendee; therefore, providing personalized interactions to facilitate an efficient and enjoyable experience.

AI Live Transcript & Moments/Notes capture

We are introducing 2 new Event App features to improve attendee engagement with in-person sessions.

  1. Attendees will be able to view a live transcript of the session audio.  This will help any attendees having difficulty understanding what is being said in a session.

  2. With our AI-enhanced note generation, attendees can more easily capture notes from the content. An attendee simply taps a button, and the system will grab a small portion of the transcript and combine it with an AI-generated title and summary to create a note. This allows attendees to quickly and easily generate notes while maintaining focus on the session content.

AI Daily Summaries ('My Event')

AI Daily Summaries, featured in My Event (in event app), provide attendees with a personalized daily overview of their participation, including sessions attended and exhibitors visited. This AI-generated summary helps attendees easily track and reflect on their time at the event. This can help them better understand the positive impact of the event while driving more engagement. With clear, personalized insights that enhance engagement, the new Daily Summaries will help foster deeper attendee engagement.

Group Packages

Advance Group Purchase is a new group registration workflow that offers flexibility and visibility to both planners and Group Managers and works with our existing registration solutions. This workflow sits outside of individual registration, and offers the following:

  • Group Managers can purchase group passes and manage their groups independent of their own registration process

  • Group Managers can purchase group passes without needing to identify and invite Group Members until later

  • Group Managers can self-serve invitations, cancel invitations, and monitor the registration status of Group Members

Group Managers can be invited specifically to this workflow, or planners can enable a self-serve sign-up workflow. Planners can also limit the visibility of group packages to specific segments of Group Managers.

Event Assistant (AI Chatbot for Websites)

Planners can enable an attendee-facing AI chatbot to help answer invitees' questions as they decide to register for the event. The bot pulls information from the event's public website pages. This is an event-level feature, so during beta, you can choose to use it only on a test event.

Build Your Own Reports - FINANCIALS

We are enhancing Build Your Own Reports by introducing the Financial report type. This addition will enable users to generate detailed reports on order and transaction data for invitees and registrants. The implementation will provide deeper insights into financial metrics, assisting in better financial tracking and decision-making. Report sub types will be added to Financial BYO Reports, with phased releases for each sub type:

  1. Transactions (beta phase 1)

  2. Order (beta phase 1)

  3. Order Details (Q3)

  4. Transaction Distribution Details (Q3)

Workflow Triggers Enhancements

In this release, we're enhancing how Admin Users manage and visualize Event Roles, Visibility, and Status Triggers within an organization's meetings management workflow.

Key improvements include:

  1. More powerful and flexible triggers with enhanced filtering and logic features, allowing more actions within a single trigger and reducing the total number of triggers needed.

  2. Enhanced triggers that can be associated with specific MRFs, ensuring that only relevant RFPs trigger actions.

  3. Improved trigger visualization, enabling easier understanding and management of triggers related to specific workflows.

The AI Agenda Builder can quickly and easily create agenda items for you in your RFPs. There are 3 ways you can input your content:

  • Upload an Excel, PDF, or Word doc with your schedule content in it

  • Copy pasting your scheduled content

  • Natural language.

Venue Recommendations

Cvent AI is introducing a natural language venue discovery experience that allows planners to explain their event requirements in their own words and receive curated venue recommendations. This feature will be embedded directly within the Cvent Supplier Network, making it easier for planners to find the perfect venues that match their specific needs. The tool analyzes various factors, including location, capacity, amenities, and event requirements, to provide personalized venue suggestions, streamlining the sourcing process and helping planners make more informed decisions.
